If you are planning to buy a single copy of the book, please obtain it from one of the Internet retail bookstores (the book may be listed at Amazon.co.uk, etc, as well as at Amazon.com). I cannot offer a sufficiently lower price for single copies to make it worth the effort of handling single copy orders. (I am only seeking enough return per book to eventually cover my development costs.)
If you want the book shipped to a location outside the continental USA, please order copies of the book from one of the Internet retail bookstores (unless you want more than eight copies; then see below).
Shipment for books ordered directly from me will be by residential or commercial ground (i.e., trackable shipping). I don't know if this means via USPS or UPS. Apparently this cannot be to a PO Box. To send to a PO Box, I need to send without tracking, e.g., a the USPS media rate).
If you want to buy more copies of the book than the options for two to eight books listed below, even outside the continental United States, please contact me for a quote.
