A. Direct from the author-publisher
The list price of the book is $30 per copy (or similar amounts in Euros and UK pounds).
On the following pages,
the prices include shipping; that is, we are
discounting the list price of the book to offset part of the shipping cost.
For purchases paid in US dollars of seven or fewer books for shipment within the United States, click here.
For purchases paid in US dollars for shipment of seven or fewer books to a destination outside the United States, click here.
When you click on "Buy Now" to get to PayPal, there is a credit-card option for those who do not have a PayPal account to click on "Use your credit card or bank account" at the bottom of the
page.

Prices are subject to change as we better understand the intricacies of postal and shipping rates. The prices do not include currency exchange fees or banking fees at the buyer's end.
B. From an on-line book store via the Internet.
As of July 2007 www.amazon.co.uk in the UK and www.amazon.com in the US were carrying the book (the book was also listed on the Amazon sites in Germany, France, Austria, and Japan). Several smaller bookstores were also listed on the Amazon websites as having the book available, perhaps with shorter delivery times. When you buy the book from Amazon, etc., the printing will have been done by Lightning Source, a big print-on-demand company; their printing doesn't have quite as good quality (especially in the photographic images) as the printing of most of the books being sold via this website.
I also know that GOAL/QPC bought a small inventory of the book a few months ago.
