Bean

I saw this on the 5'' x 5'' screen on
the back of the seat in front of me on a trans-Atlantic flight. I
sat through the whole thing so I could report to you.
It's not very good. Bean's mugging, grunting and growling are so
off-putting that I had a hard time avoiding turning away, even
though there are a number of funny scenes.
Rowan Atkinson is a funny guy (e.g., in “Four Weddings and a
Funeral”). It's too bad he makes his Bean character so grotesque
so often. Bean could still be a complete ninny while being a
little more lovable.
