This is a film about a teenage girl from Pennsylvania seeking an abortion in New York City with the help of her cousin of the same age; Pennsylvania does not allow abortions without consent of a minor's parents which there are reasons for the girl not seeking. It is a powerful depiction of all the roadblocks that are in the way of a woman controlling her own life. There is no polemic in the film; we only watch the girl doing what she can.
