The boy and the girl in this movie are both
stuck in a rut. He fixes vacuum cleaners and is a busker singing and playing the guitar
on the street for a pittance. She walks around selling roses and watches him play.
They get to know each other (he fixes her vacuum), and it turns out that they
are both musicians (she is a skill pianist and also sings). The scrape together
enough cash to rent a recording studio over a weekend to make a rock CD, and
by the end of the film they escape their respective ruts.
